V Couture™ Return Policy
We believe you will be 100% satisfied with your V Couture™ experience, but if you’re not, we would like the opportunity to make it right. Please let us know and we will give you a refund or send you a different color, size or recommend a completely different style!
You can contact our customer service department directly at 419-441-2120 or send us an email at vcouture.service@yahoo.com. We will let you know if we have another item in stock that meets your needs or assist you with your return / exchange.
You can return or exchange items (unworn, with receipt and original tags) by mail or at our store within 30 days of your order date.
Online purchases can be returned by mail. Simply follow these steps:
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
- Enclose your original invoice
- Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Ship your package from the carrier of your choice to the following address:

Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 - Once we receive your item, we will process your return via the original tender (credit card, gift card or gift certificate).

What's eligible for return?
Any item can be returned or exchanged (within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice) provided that it is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn, including original tags and packaging), unless it was purchased for final sale.
Can I return online purchase in the store?
Yes! If you would like to return merchandise to the store location that was originally purchased online and you have your online invoice, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your purchase.
Can I return Final Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise.
What if I used a promotion/coupon code to make my purchase?
The item can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion/coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
V Couture™ offers a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchase is marked down within seven (7) days of your original order date. Simply call 419-441-2120, or send us an email message at vcouture.service@yahoo.com within the seven (7) day window. We'll gladly refund the difference.
