We believe you will be 100% satisfied with your V Couture™ experience, but if you’re not, we would like the opportunity to make it right. Please let us know and we will give you a refund or send you a different color, size or recommend a completely different style!

We will let you know if we have another item in stock that meets your needs or assist you with your return / exchange. You can return or exchange items (unworn, with receipt and original tags) by mail or at our store within 30 days of your order date.
PAYMENT METHODS
V Couture™ accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. When your purchase is complete, we will send an email notification confirming the details of your order. Once your purchase is shipped, you will receive another email notification which will include the tracking number for your shipment. We ship all of our packages via UPS.
You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. You will be able to find the shipping status of any order by going to www.UPS.com and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.
RETURN PROCESS
Any item can be returned or exchanged (within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice) provided that it is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn, including original tags and packaging), unless it was purchased for final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. If you would like to return merchandise to the store location that was originally purchased online and you have your online invoice, we will issue you a store credit for the amount of your purchase.
The item can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or color. Or, you can apply a credit for the amount you paid towards a new item at its current price. A previously used promotion/coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
V Couture™ offers a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchase is marked down within seven (7) days of your original order date. Simply call 419-441-2120, or send us an email within seven (7) days and we'll gladly refund the difference. Our customer assistance hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10 A.M. – 5pm Saturdays NOON – 5pm. All hours are Eastern Standard Time.
Online purchases can be returned by mail. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. Enclose your original invoice. Circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice. Ship your package from the carrier of your choice to the following address:
