When you register with V Couture™, you have the opportunity to include your birthday, sizing and preference information so we can create a customer profile. This allows us to send you updates on products that will interest you as well as offering you special savings during your birthday month.

PAYMENT AND ORDER STATUS

V Couture™ accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

When your purchase is complete, we will send an email notification confirming the details of your order. Once your purchase is shipped, you will receive another email notification which will include the tracking number for your shipment. We ship all of our packages via UPS.

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. You will be able to find the shipping status of any order by going to www.UPS.com and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once you place an order at V Couture™, we cannot make changes. For assistance please call a Customer Service Representative at 419.441-2120.
